Shipping & Delivery Information

At A&H International, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our preferred shipping partner is Royal Mail, though the shipping company may vary based on the order.

Please note that delivery timescales are an estimate and not a guarantee. If you opt for personalised items such as whistles, flag cloths, or bags, the delivery timescale may increase by up to 10 working days. Note: Badged Shirts/Training Wear are usually dispatched the same working day or the next working day.

UK Delivery Options:

  • Small Order Delivery (Standard - Tracked): Orders under £12: £3.75 (2-3 Working Days)
  • Standard Delivery (Tracked): £4.79 (2-3 Working Days).
  • FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £100.00, though you can also upgrade to EXPRESS SHIPPING for just £2.00 on orders over £100.

Express Delivery Options:

  • Small Order Delivery (Express - Tracked): Orders under £12: £4.79 (1-2 Working Days).
  • Express Delivery (Tracked): £5.79 (1-2 Working Days).

Important Information:

  • Peak Times: During busy periods like Mondays, the beginning of the season (July/August), and the Christmas period, orders may take longer to dispatch than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered when placing your order. A&H International cannot be held responsible for any delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
  • Badging: If your order includes badging please allow an additional 1-2 working days for processing during busy times. Though, usually this will not cause any additional delay.

We are pleased to offer shipping to Europe and the Rest of the World. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Important Information for International Orders:

  • Customs Fees & Taxes:
    When your order passes through customs, you may be charged handling fees and taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient, whether you are a retail or wholesale customer.
    Please note that A&H International has no control over these charges, and we cannot predict what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.
  • Contact Your Local Customs Office:
    To avoid any surprises, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to inquire about current charges in your country.
  • Refused Shipments:
    If your order incurs customs charges and you decide not to accept it, you will be responsible for any handling and return shipping fees incurred during the process of retrieving the parcel.

Returns

To start a return, you must email us at support@referee-equipment.com

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We must receive the return back within 30 days of the order being placed in order to process the return. We offer an extended Christmas returns policy. i.e. if your order is placed within the month of December the return policy extends to 30-days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please include a note within the package with your name and order number or we cannot process your return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items. You’ll need to return the item for a refund. You can place a new order for the item/size you require. 

Return Postage

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. Please apply the correct postage as we will not be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. We recommend that you use a tracked service and share the tracking information with us.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know via email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be advised it can take around 5 working days for refunds to be processed depending on your bank.

Due to security reasons, a refund can only be sent to the original payment method.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.

  • Personalised items cannot be returned. For the avoidance of doubt, items with a badge and/or initials cannot be returned. This is industry standard.
  • We will not accept returns if the item has been used or if the label has been removed. All returns are subject to inspection.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/reduced items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that any item is defectivedamaged, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
