We partner with County FAs to support referee development, providing course starter packs and other essential resources. Our community-driven approach fosters growth and learning among match officials at all levels.

Meet Our Owners/Directors

Jamie

A FIFA International Referee in the NIFL Premiership, Jamie began refereeing at 14, reaching the Premiership by 22 and joining the FIFA list at 25. Passionate about referee development, Jamie works with the Irish Football Association and coaches for Referee Abroad.

Matt

A National Group Assistant Referee on the English Football League (EFL), Matt also observes Level 3 and Level 4 match officials.
